“The course content was superb covering all the basics in nutrition but also for those on training programs already, a more in depth knowledge. The fitness input was superb showing training techniques in many areas including core skills and functional training.
This whole package was of substantial benefit to me as a female Fire fighter in the Surrey Fire and Rescue service. It has given me a deeper knowledge in how to remain fit and healthy for my role as a Firefighter.
There is no doubt in my mind that this course will benefit me through my future career in keeping me fit and well to work, as well as giving me self motivation and increasing my overall performance.
This course in my opinion should be run for all personnel within our service to possibly reduce injury at work, increase work performance and improve health awareness.
